The Case Methods in Decision Making concentrates on training in management based on the idea that management is a skill rather than a collection of techniques and principles. In addition, as opposed to a conventional lecture style, this course will provide learners with the best way to learn the said ability by experiencing it through simulation. The course will be implemented using the dynamics of a team meeting, where the aim is to assess and execute the best course of action. The team members are the learners of this course and the facilitator is the course instructor. The team's common experience decides the course’s outcome.

The main aim of this course is to learn how decisions are taken by supervisors, educators, and school administrators. This includes direct exposure to the decision-making process of the learners of this course. One of the adaptations of the learners to the case strategies in this decision-making course would be to get used to the way in which materials are viewed in the case. It is a must to improve the analytical capacity of learners to reorganize the unique issues involved. They will have to create potential strategies, collect and review the necessary data, and eventually make a decision.
