The course deals with classical cooking skills associated with the preparation of cuisines around the world. It deals with the relationship of the factors that shaped the culinary identity of prominent countries both from the Western and Asian regions. Cooking methods, eating habits and indigenous ingredients that create the unique characteristics of the cuisines of the different countries are also discussed. |
