This course deals with various types of alcoholic beverages (distilled,
fermented and compounded) and non-alcoholic beverages. Laboratory work includes
actual alcoholic beverage tasting/evaluation and flair tending. It also deals
with the principles of bar operations using the appropriate tools and equipment,
ingredients and mixing method in order to produce a quality cocktail drinks.
Also, this course shall introduce bar operation procedures according to
international service standards
