First Semester

 The Post-Harvest Fisheries is a 5-unit course which studies the principles, methods and techniques employed in the post-harvest handling, processing, addition of additives and marketing of fish and fishery products from the time of harvesting to final utilization or until it will reach the table of the consumers.
