It explores advanced database and associated technologies, the management of database systems, the data modeling options, facilitating the storage and use of data.

This 3-unit professional course aims to develop the skills and competency of the learners towards the analysis and design of an information system or a business project. This includes problem definition, requirement analysis, user case analysis, design diagrams and presentation of a Capstone Project Proposal. This course integrates key concepts involving flowcharting and algorithm development, programming, databases, OS and networks, and quantitative methods.
