This course deals about the relations of Human Rights, Freedom, the Government and its power to make laws, the roles of State Actors and Non-State Actors on human rights, and the National and International venue for the protection of Human Rights.

course covers laws and fundamentals of traffic safety, enforcement,
engineering, techniques in vehicular and pedestrian direction and control,
techniques in the preparation of selective enforcement plans and policies for
special and emergency traffic situations; methods and procedures in the use of
hand signals and electronic signal lights; techniques in accident
investigation; determination of reaction time and break-in-time, and
application of scientific aids in hit-and-run cases. Likewise, it focuses on
basic concepts, principles and safety tips on driving.
